GHC Labs is a telehealth platform that connects you with licensed physicians who can evaluate you and, if appropriate, prescribe treatment for weight loss — all from the comfort of your home.

Complete an online health intake, then get matched with a licensed physician for a telehealth consultation. Depending on your state's requirements, your consultation will be conducted by live video, phone, or secure messaging. If your provider determines treatment is appropriate, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan and medications shipped directly to your door.

All our providers are board-certified physicians licensed to practice in your state. They specialize in the conditions we treat and undergo rigorous credentialing.

While we don't currently bill insurance directly, many patients use their HSA/FSA cards to cover the cost of treatment. We provide documentation to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

We serve patients in all U.S. states and Washington D.C., except Alaska, Mississippi, and New Jersey, where we do not currently provide services. You'll be asked for your state during the intake questionnaire — if we aren't able to serve your state, you won't be able to proceed and no payment will be collected.

It depends on what your provider prescribes. Providers on our platform may prescribe FDA-approved medications (such as Wegovy® or Ozempic®) or, when they determine it is clinically appropriate for your specific needs, compounded medications prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Your provider will discuss the differences, risks, and benefits with you before prescribing.
